Implementation

Application by brush, roller or projection.

To paint:

For brush application use special brushes with synthetic or mixed bristles.

Roller application:

For roller application, use a brushed foam roller. You can also use a short nap roller of FILT and then roll again with a fine pore foam roller.

Spray application:

Adapt the consistency of the material. Observe the information from the device manufacturer.

High pressure :

nozzle: 1.5 - 1.8 mm; spray pressure: 3 - 4 bar; dilution: about 10%.

Airless application:

spray angle: 50 °; nozzle: 0.010 - 0.013 "; spray pressure: 130-150 bar; undiluted

Prepare the funds according to the rules of the art. See chapter “Preparation / Printing of the support”. To obtain sufficient protection, apply at least 2 coats.

The ambient temperature and that of the object must be at least + 5 ° C during processing and drying.

Mix well before use.

Too thick a coat and too short drying times between coats can lead to wrinkles in the coating surface and prolonged drying times.

Ensure adequate ventilation during processing and drying indoors.

Observe sufficient drying time between coats. The environment of the surfaces to be coated must be covered and protected from

splashing material.

Approx. 90 ml / m2 per coat. Consumption may vary depending on the nature and structure of the substrate and the application process. Determine the exact consumption values by carrying out a test on the support.

Dilute with max. 10%. For impact resistance add 5% hardener.

Drying

At + 20 ° C and 65% relative humidity:
Surface dry after approx. 2 hours
Recoatable after approx. 12 hours
Drying time is increased at low temperature and / or higher air humidity.

Clean tools immediately after use with a nitrocellulose universal thinner or brush cleaner.
