Agric Decompactor Plowshare: Optimize Soil Performance

The Agric Decompactor share is an essential component for efficient, long-lasting soil cultivation. Designed to break up compacted soil layers, the share improves water infiltration, aeration and root development. These shares are specially designed to deliver maximum performance, even in the most difficult soil conditions, making them indispensable for farmers looking to improve soil health and boost yields.

The role of decompaction in agriculture

Decompaction is an essential practice for maintaining soil quality on farms. With the frequent passage of heavy machinery, the soil tends to become compacted, forming a plough sole that prevents plant roots from penetrating deep into the soil. This limits the absorption of water and nutrients, which can have a negative impact on crops.

The Agric subsoiler coulter is designed to penetrate deep into the soil and break up this compact sole, without turning over the upper soil layers. This preserves the soil's natural structure while promoting better water management, aeration and healthier root growth.

Features of Agric subsoiler shares

1. Durability and strength: Agric shares are made from high-quality hardened steel, offering excellent wear resistance. Some models are reinforced with tungsten carbide, extending their life and efficiency, even in abrasive or stony soils.

2. Deep penetration: Thanks to their optimized design, Agric shares penetrate even the most compact soils, reducing resistance and fuel consumption while boosting productivity.

3. Energy efficiency: The coulter design minimizes soil resistance, enabling deep cultivation with reduced fuel consumption, while maintaining optimum loosening efficiency.

4. Ease of installation and maintenance: Agric shares are designed for easy replacement and maintenance, reducing downtime and maximizing productivity.

Why choose Agric shares?

1. Improved soil health: By breaking up compacted layers and facilitating water infiltration, Agric shares allow for better soil aeration and deeper rooting, promoting healthier crop growth.

2. Increased durability: Agric shares, reinforced with tough materials, offer exceptional longevity, reducing replacement costs and wear-related downtime.

3. Fuel savings: Thanks to their design, which minimizes resistance in the soil, Agric shares help reduce machine fuel consumption, making operations more economical and efficient.

4. Versatility: Adapted to various models of Agric subsoilers, these shares are compatible with a wide range of equipment, guaranteeing flexible use in different soil conditions.

• Gard decompactor shares: Gard shares are renowned for their robustness and ability to penetrate hard soils, guaranteeing maximum efficiency.
• Sicam decompactor shares: For demanding soils, Sicam shares offer a durable, efficient solution designed for intensive work.
• Razol decompactor shares: Razol shares are synonymous with longevity and performance, enabling quality work in all conditions.
• Michel tine shares: Michel tine shares are specially designed for optimum penetration and increased resistance, even in the most difficult soils.

Tips for maintaining Agric subsoiler shares

• Check wear regularly: It's important to check the condition of your shares after each use to make sure they're still in good condition. A worn coulter can reduce the subsoiler's efficiency and increase fuel consumption.

• Replace worn shares in good time: Don't let your shares wear out completely before replacing them. Shares in good condition guarantee optimum work and limit premature wear on other components of your subsoiler.

• Clean shares after use: After every job, clean your shares to prevent corrosion and ensure their longevity.
