TRANSMITTER RECEIVER TRACTOR CASE PUMA 165 MULTICONTROLLER

Brake sender and brake cylinders are key components of the hydraulic brake system of tractors. They are essential for transmitting hydraulic force from the brake pedal to the braking mechanisms, usually calipers or drum brake cylinders.

The master cylinder is usually located near the brake pedal in the hydraulic system. When the brake pedal is depressed, the master cylinder converts the mechanical force applied to the pedal into hydraulic pressure. This pressure is then transmitted through the hydraulic fluid to the slave cylinder.

The slave cylinder is located near the braking mechanisms (such as calipers or wheel cylinders) and receives hydraulic pressure from the slave cylinder. This pressure is used to activate the braking mechanisms, which compress the pads or drums to slow or stop the tractor.

These cylinders are typically sealed to maintain the integrity of the hydraulic system, and they are often made of corrosion-resistant metal to ensure their durability in varied environments.

Regular maintenance of the brake sender and brake cylinders is essential to ensure the tractor's braking system functions properly. Periodic inspection for leaks, worn seals or any signs of malfunction is recommended. Defective cylinders can cause a loss of hydraulic pressure, compromising the effectiveness of the braking system and the safety of the tractor.

Replacing defective or worn brake sender and brake cylinders is crucial to ensure optimal braking performance and safe tractor operation. Following the tractor manufacturer's recommendations regarding maintenance and periodic replacement of these components is a recommended practice to maintain the integrity of the brake system.
